UNO MINDA, a Tier-1 automotive components manufacturer supplying major OEMs, needed a structured digital platform to manage employee skill development, compliance training, and certification across its manufacturing workforce of 3,000+ employees. Traditional classroom-based training was costly, difficult to track, and produced no real-time data on workforce skill readiness.
