ICICI Bank operated four separate enterprise applications — each with its own infrastructure, maintenance teams, and user login — resulting in fragmented user experience, high operational costs, and inconsistent security posture. A unified platform was urgently needed to reduce TCO while improving compliance and developer velocity.
What we built
The delivery
ATS architected a phased migration strategy consolidating all four applications into a single Liferay DXP 7.4 instance. Custom MVC Portlets were refactored to React-based Portlets for modern UX, database schemas were unified, and SSO was implemented to provide seamless access. Server setup, environment configurations, and CI/CD pipeline establishment were handled end-to-end by the ATS team.
