be'ah (Oman Environmental Services Holding Company), responsible for managing municipal, industrial, and healthcare waste nationally, needed to digitise its citizen and business service portal to accept online service requests, manage waste collection schedules, and provide transparent tracking of waste management activities across Oman.

ATS built a comprehensive Liferay DXP 7.4 platform leveraging Liferay Forms, Liferay Objects, form data providers, and Picklists for flexible, configurable service request management. Multi-level Kaleo workflows managed approval routing for waste collection requests, while custom module development handled complex operational workflows. Full staging and production deployment with data migration was executed by the ATS team.
