Real-Time Ambulance Tracking & Dispatch App — Life-Critical Emergency Response Platform. ATS built ResqRoute — a life-critical emergency response ecosystem consisting of three interconnected applications: a Flutter patient app (SOS, live ambulance tracking, ETA countdown), a Flutter paramedic app (job acceptance, navigation, patient details, status updates), and a React.js web-based dispatch centre dashboard.

Why this project mattered

Delayed ambulance response is one of India's most pressing public health challenges. The absence of real-time tracking, intelligent dispatch, and traffic-aware routing was costing lives. Hospitals, paramedics, and patients all needed a connected, instant-response platform that worked reliably under high-stress conditions with minimal latency.

What we built

The delivery

ATS built ResqRoute — a life-critical emergency response ecosystem consisting of three interconnected applications: a Flutter patient app (SOS, live ambulance tracking, ETA countdown), a Flutter paramedic app (job acceptance, navigation, patient details, status updates), and a React.js web-based dispatch centre dashboard. FastAPI powered the high-throughput real-time backend, Firebase enabled live GPS broadcasting between apps with sub-second latency, and Google Maps SDK delivered intelligent traffic-aware routing. The entire system was designed for offline resilience and low-bandwidth environments.
